Hadrien is the creator of TANDEM. Franco-Swiss, with Portuguese ancestry, lived during the last five years in Brazil. Before TANDEM, he co-founded Octree, a technology company based in Geneva, which operates on the principles of self-management, translating into the principles and standards of S3. Hadrien has a degree in computing and, in addition to knowledge in S3, brings experience in the use of OKRs, Kanban and Scrum. He will help us and your team in facilitating the organisational design and agile processes.
Thiago is Brazilian, but he is now living in Portugal. With a background in communication, business management, and economics, he has accumulated over seven years of classroom experience, teaching managers, entrepreneurs, and consultants to develop new businesses. It brings to TANDEM, and the clients team the tools of Service Design, Business Modeling, Customer Development, and Strategic Marketing to help them develop innovative solutions to their customers’ problems.
Luiza is Brazilian, with a background in sustainability, transformational leadership, and communications she has accumulated over thirteen years of project experience, managing, coordinating teams and leading a transformational changes inside her company. She helps TANDEM and its clients in unleashing the human potential of teams, through conflict management, transformational leadership and non-violent communication.
TANDEM is a multicultural company, formed by professionals from different nationalities and training areas, who share a passion for freedom, creativity, and sustainability. Its mission is to help companies and organisations to achieve self-management goals quickly, accelerating the learning curve, reducing the adoption of friction, and avoiding common mistakes. We actively participate in the transformation processes necessary to implement a self-management system that values employees, giving them autonomy, and providing them with fulfillment at work.
